Erin M. Neal, O.D., M.S.

Meet Dr. Neal, the experienced and friendly Optometrist who makes Tally Eyeglassery a proud provider of vision care products and services in Tallahassee.

Photo of Dr. Neal.Dr. Neal is the founding optometrist of Tally Eyeglassery. She has worked over the past 3 years to create an office dedicated to encompassing all things involved in the experience of vision care. She prides the office on having highly trained staff, cutting-edge equipment, and frame lines to offer a personalized look for everyone. Her motto is Look good. See good. Feel good.

Dr. Neal is a graduate of the prestigious Southern College of Optometry where she was awarded the Von Parfitt Scholarship. During her time there, she was selected as the sole research fellow to join the genetic study of age-related macular degeneration in partnership with Hamilton Eye Institute. Prior to optometry, Dr. Neal graduated with her master’s degree from Villanova University and worked as a vaccine analytical chemist.

Providing support and care to the community is one of Dr. Neal’s greatest passions. She regularly visits patients in the prison to provide vision care. She is also a part of a church parish team that provides medical and vision support to the Nkonya Wurupong region of Ghana, Africa.

When Dr. Neal is not in the office, she enjoys visiting with family and friends in the Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. She also is an avid supporter of the arts and plays violin throughout the mid-south. On a normal day, you can find Dr. Neal on a walk around her Southwood community with her fiancé, Bryan, and her two wiener dogs, Migo and Maxey.
